Job Summary

Leading a team of writers, the full-time Group Copy Supervisor will develop compelling, strategy-driven content for healthcare brands while ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of scientific and promotional content aligned with brand strategy and compliance requirements
• Oversee and mentor copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to support their career development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content across various channels, ensuring clarity and engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical copywriting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with experience in translating complex information into engaging content
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FDA and medical/legal review processes
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
