Group Insurance Billing Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting high complexity accounts, the full-time remote Group Insurance Billing Senior Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, manage billing-related customer issues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service level adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in case management, identifying and resolving complex billing issues
- Support receivable and suspense management for an assigned book of business, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
- Assist in the development and management of process documentation and training for new team members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Group Insurance Complex Billing, AR Reconciliation, and/or Collections
- Minimum 3 years' experience with MS Office, particularly Excel for reconciliation tasks
- Experience in researching and resolving financial issues and customer inquiries
- Direct customer service issue resolution and client interaction experience
- Strong skills in client/vendor relationship management
