Group Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the transformation of product operations, the full-time remote Group Product Manager will own the new operating model, manage a matrixed product operations function, and ensure effective implementation of AI-intensive practices across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the product operations and transformation function, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Drive the rollout of Ford Pro's Domain/Squad operating model, defining best practices and managing change across teams
- Own the development and governance of shared products, tooling, and datasets to enhance collaboration and efficiency across squads
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or transformation within a technology-intensive organization
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, building and managing teams
- Demonstrated track record of installing new operating models and driving adoption across multiple teams
- Strong familiarity with AI tools related to product management and agile software delivery methodologies
