Job Summary
Seeking a Group Product Manager to own a connected group of products and initiatives, manage a team of Product Managers, and contribute to strategy and roadmap development in a full-time remote position.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for product initiatives, balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability
- Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Partner with Product Development leadership to shape AI direction and ensure quality and cost standards for AI features
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Technology, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of SaaS product management experience, including experience in Agile environments
- Proven track record of mentoring product managers and owning strategy for related products
- Technical product management experience with a solid understanding of web technologies and AI tools
- Experience with data-informed decision-making using analytics tools such as GA4 and Pendo
