Group Project Manager, Healthcare

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams in a remote capacity, the full-time Group Project Manager, Healthcare will oversee the planning and delivery of integrated pharmaceutical advertising projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope and budget, while also mentoring junior project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project and program management for complex pharmaceutical advertising across various channels
• Collaborate with Account leadership to develop actionable project plans, timelines, and budgets based on client requirements
• Monitor project scope, budgets, and resource utilization, addressing any operational or financial risks proactively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Seven or more years of direct project management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising
• Experience managing complex integrated projects and developing project management staff
• Proficiency with project management principles and financial management skills
• Strong leadership capabilities across cross-functional teams
