Group Travel Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team of Group Advisors, the full-time remote Group Travel Manager will focus on employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and maximizing productivity while managing customer service levels and driving process efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Group Advisors team handling student/study travel
• Train, mentor, and guide team members while fostering a positive work environment and providing performance feedback
• Identify and implement new technologies and processes for continual improvement in service levels and productivity

Required qualifications

• Five years of experience in the travel industry, including M&E Group, student, and study abroad travel
• At least five years in a leadership role managing employees, with a minimum of three years in a management position
• GDS experience, specifically with Sabre
• Exceptional customer service skills in a client-facing position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
