Job Summary
To support data-driven growth initiatives, the full-time remote Growth Analytics Specialist will build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain growth dashboards tracking acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue metrics
- Conduct deep-dive funnel analyses to identify drop-off points and prioritize optimization opportunities
- Support experiment design and statistical analysis to ensure proper instrumentation and interpretation of growth tests
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a data-focused marketing role
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts relevant to A/B testing and experiment analysis
