Job Summary

Passionate about improving mental health access, the full-time Growth Associate will engage with patients and families remotely to navigate care options, schedule consultations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Reach out to patients and caregivers to introduce Flourish Health's services and guide them toward scheduling consultations
• Listen to families' needs, address objections empathetically, and maintain focus on achieving scheduling goals
• Document interactions accurately and follow up as necessary to confirm patient readiness and prevent drop-off

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in patient or customer relations, sales, or a patient-facing role, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone conversations and navigate complex emotional discussions
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRMs and scheduling tools
• Willingness to work evening hours in the Eastern Time zone (5-8 PM ET) preferred
