Job Summary

Experienced marketing leaders will find a full-time remote Growth Communications Manager opportunity responsible for owning the strategy across PR, lifecycle marketing, and on-site campaigns while leading a high-performing team to create impactful marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy for PR, lifecycle marketing, and on-site campaigns, connecting brand trust, customer engagement, and revenue growth
• Create and lead ambitious campaigns that translate original concepts into multi-channel experiences
• Build business cases for marketing ideas, defining audience, expected impact, budget, and measures of success

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of developing successful campaigns backed by data and measurable business results
• Experience in building and leading marketing teams, with a focus on talent development and accountability
• Strong creative and commercial judgment, with the ability to prioritize promising ideas for investment
• Hands-on leadership style, capable of refining concepts and improving briefs based on campaign performance
