Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time VP of Growth Content will develop and execute an AI-driven content strategy that enhances brand consistency and drives measurable business outcomes across various marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an AI-native content operating model to streamline workflows and enhance content quality
• Establish a measurement framework that connects content performance to business results and optimizes content strategies
• Lead and develop a global content organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Deep leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B/B2B2C environments
• Proven track record of redesigning operating models and integrating AI into content systems
• Strong partnership experience with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Sales Enablement
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business impact through content across various stages of the customer lifecycle
• Experience leading teams through change and navigating complex global matrices
