Job Summary

Leading a global team in a full-time executive capacity, the VP of Growth Content will design and implement an AI-native content operating model, oversee the creation of high-performing content across various channels, and drive measurable business impact through strategic content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Unite and build an AI-native content operating model to enhance speed, quality, and scalability of content production
• Develop a measurement approach that connects content performance to business outcomes and optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights
• Lead and coach a diverse global content organization, fostering a culture of clarity, quality, and accountability

Required qualifications

• Deep leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B/B2B2C environments
• Proven track record of redesigning operating models and integrating AI into content systems
• Strong partnership experience with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Sales Enablement
• Evidence of driving measurable business impact through content across multiple customer lifecycle stages
• Experience leading teams through change and navigating complex global matrices
