Growth Copywriter

Job Summary

Data-driven and empathetic, the full-time Growth Copywriter will own the performance and optimization of messaging across various channels, conducting rapid copy experiments to enhance women's access to bioidentical HRT and menopause care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full-funnel copy experiments, analyzing performance data to create a scalable messaging playbook
• Write and optimize automated onboarding and retention sequences across email, SMS, and push notifications to drive customer lifetime value
• Develop persuasive strategies and microcopy for landing pages, intake flows, and paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion copywriting, preferably in DTC Telehealth, Wellness, or HealthTech
• Proven ability to write about sensitive health topics with clinical authority and empathy
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing automated email and SMS marketing flows
• Strong understanding of A/B testing mechanics and data-driven copy optimization
• Ability to adhere to healthcare compliance rules while writing about personal health topics
