Growth & Customer Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of two, the remote full-time Manager, Growth & Customer Marketing will own ClearGov's full-funnel growth strategy, manage acquisition and customer marketing efforts, and leverage AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage a team focused on acquisition and customer marketing, setting clear goals and development plans
• Develop and report on quarterly growth marketing strategies and OKRs, while personally leading high-priority campaigns
• Own the inbound marketing strategy and customer marketing initiatives, including segmentation, performance measurement, and advocacy programs

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with 1-2+ years in a people management role
• Proven track record in full-funnel growth marketing, including SEO/AEO and ABM/ABX programs
• Hands-on experience with SEO and knowledge of AEO optimization for traditional and AI answer engines
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM data usage (preferably Salesforce)
• Demonstrated regular use of AI tools in marketing workflows for content generation and performance analysis
