Job Summary
Leading web growth design end-to-end, the full-time remote Growth Design Manager will own the design vision and strategic performance of top-of-funnel web experiences, driving optimization and experimentation while managing a team of designers.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design vision and execution for Superhuman's top-of-funnel web experiences, ensuring high craft and persuasive clarity
- Drive design-led experimentation practices by partnering with cross-functional teams to design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments
- Build and manage a team of designers, fostering a culture of high craft and strategic thinking in web design
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading web design teams focused on conversion and acquisition surfaces
- Deep understanding of balancing experimentation with brand moments in web design
- Strong craft and taste in visual, interaction, and web design
- Experience designing interactive and productized web experiences
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align stakeholders
