Job Summary
To enhance patient conversion through cohesive design, the part-time Growth Designer will develop paid-creative strategies and high-quality web experiences while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop paid-creative strategies and visual directions for growth channels like Meta and TikTok
- Design landing pages and website experiences that facilitate patient understanding and conversion
- Build reusable design systems and templates to streamline future creative work
Required qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, web flows, and brand creative
- Exceptional visual craft in typography, layout, and brand systems, along with sound UX judgment
- Experience translating audience insights into creative concepts and testable variants
- Fluency in Figma; familiarity with Framer, Webflow, or AI-native design tools is advantageous
- Experience in health care or trust-sensitive consumer categories is beneficial
