Growth Enablement Director

Job Summary

Leading the workforce delivery program, the full-time remote Growth Enablement Director will manage JREDD's multi-year hiring plan, oversee onboarding processes, and maintain hiring metrics to ensure efficient recruitment and integration of new talent across technical services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute JREDD's multi-year hiring plan, managing the recruiting process from requisition intake to offer acceptance
• Design and implement JREDD's onboarding program to streamline the transition of new hires to billable roles
• Build and maintain a hiring dashboard to track metrics such as time-to-fill and first-year retention, reporting weekly to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in workforce scaling, recruiting operations, or high-volume hiring in professional or technical services
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse role types, including credentialed professionals and field technicians
• Strong project management skills with a focus on building and maintaining hiring plans
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience in creating and presenting metrics dashboards
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
