Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Engineer to design experiments and implement features that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy experiments and features using Ruby on Rails to enhance user experiences
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams to maintain product quality
- Implement and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong emphasis on Ruby on Rails development
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their integration with Rails applications
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and marketers
- Comfort with rapid iteration, feature flagging, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret experiment results and product telemetry
