Growth Engineer

Job Summary

As the founding Growth Engineer in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will manage the activation funnel, build scalable acquisition channels, and establish a robust data and attribution foundation to drive unique submissions across the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild and instrument the submission funnel, implementing A/B testing and re-engagement strategies
• Identify and optimize effective acquisition channels to attract users on both sides of the marketplace
• Establish clean attribution and consolidate product analytics to create a reliable source of truth for performance measurement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with strong backend (Python, Postgres, AWS) and frontend (React, JavaScript/TypeScript) skills
• Proven track record of owning growth systems or product features from design to production
• Fluency with growth tooling and analytics, including experimentation frameworks and product analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of funnels and instrumentation, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Experience in owning a north-star metric and familiarity with the collectibles space or alternative asset marketplaces is a plus
