Job Summary
To support a growing demand generation strategy, the full-time remote Growth Engineer will leverage software, AI, data, and automation to build innovative systems that enhance customer outreach and pipeline creation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and implement AI and automation use cases to streamline demand generation and pipeline processes
- Build workflows and integrate data from various platforms to optimize outreach and experimentation
- Create tools and systems that facilitate research, personalization, and testing of go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building and shipping production software
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript, along with experience in APIs and SQL
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and LLM APIs
- Proven ability to independently develop and implement technical solutions
- Curiosity about growth strategies and customer acquisition methods
