Job Summary
Focused on building experimentation infrastructure and enhancing user experiences, the full-time remote Growth Engineer will design and ship experiments across the self-serve funnel, including onboarding and monetization flows, while collaborating closely with product, design, and data science teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship experiments for signup, onboarding, activation, and monetization flows
- Design and refine human UI elements with a focus on clarity and conversion
- Run disciplined experiments, measuring impact and iterating based on results
Required qualifications
- Experience in full-stack product engineering with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Proficiency in building AI-assisted features and familiarity with experimentation tools
- Comfort with shipping testable versions of ideas and iterating based on feedback
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Proficient with Git and collaborative code review practices
