Job Summary
Driving the adoption of open source practices, the full-time Growth Engineer will design governance models, manage community infrastructure, and develop post-launch plans for projects within the Developer Platform, working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara.
Key responsibilities
- Drive adoption of open source standard methodologies and ensure consistent governance practices across teams
- Design and implement governance models that facilitate effective decision-making and contributor engagement

Required qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in open source practices and community management
