Growth Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative, the remote Growth Engineer will lead and execute a search-driven growth strategy across SEO, SEM, GEO, and GEM, focusing on generating qualified leads and measurable revenue over a 3-month project with potential for full-time conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated SEO, SEM, GEO, and GEM strategy to enhance visibility across search platforms
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and optimize content and landing pages for improved performance
• Build and manage paid search campaigns, particularly on Google Ads, while monitoring and adjusting based on performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SEO and SEM, including campaign execution and optimization
• Current understanding of GEO, AI search, and how generative search impacts traditional SEO
• Experience generating B2B leads and understanding the revenue implications of search activities
• Familiarity with the Google search ecosystem and relevant analytics/measurement tools
• Ability to independently identify and execute growth opportunities without relying on a large team
