Job Summary

To support innovative growth strategies, the remote Growth Experimentation Contractor will design and implement experiments aimed at accelerating new member acquisition through the use of AI and novel marketing tactics on a flexible, contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth experiments to enhance member acquisition using creative online and offline strategies
• Utilize AI tools and platforms to innovate and optimize paid marketing channels for maximum effectiveness
• Measure and analyze the success of experiments, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and results

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in consumer growth and acquisition experiments within a startup environment
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and automated workflows to drive customer acquisition
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from hypothesis development to execution and analysis
• Experience with innovative marketing tactics across various channels, including paid social media
• Strong track record of setting success criteria and measuring outcomes effectively
