Job Summary

To drive rapid growth across the acquisition and engagement funnel, the full-time remote Growth Hacker will identify and test creative strategies while collaborating with product and engineering teams to implement technical experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run growth experiments targeting acquisition, activation, and retention funnel stages
• Research and test unconventional growth tactics, including viral mechanics and referral programs
• Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact experiments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental digital marketing role
• Experience running structured experiments and using data to validate or invalidate growth hypotheses
• Working knowledge of web analytics, funnel analysis, and basic SQL or data querying skills
• Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth concepts
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high tolerance for testing and iterating
