Job Summary

To drive rapid growth across acquisition and engagement funnels, the full-time remote Growth Hacker will develop and run growth experiments, research unconventional tactics, and analyze user behavior to identify high-impact opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth experiments targeting acquisition, activation, and retention stages
• Research and test unconventional growth tactics, including viral mechanics and referral programs
• Analyze user behavior and funnel data to prioritize and iterate on high-impact experiments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental digital marketing role
• Experience running structured experiments and using data to validate growth hypotheses
• Working knowledge of web analytics, funnel analysis, and basic SQL or data querying skills
• Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth concepts
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high tolerance for testing and iterating
