Job Summary
To drive rapid growth across acquisition and engagement funnels, the full-time remote Growth Hacker will develop and run growth experiments, research unconventional tactics, and analyze user behavior to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth experiments targeting acquisition, activation, and retention stages
- Research and implement unconventional growth tactics, including viral mechanics and referral programs
- Analyze funnel data to identify friction points and iterate campaigns based on performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or experimental digital marketing
- Experience running structured experiments and validating growth hypotheses with data
- Working knowledge of web analytics, funnel analysis, and basic SQL or data querying
- Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth concepts
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high tolerance for testing and iterating
