Growth Manager

Job Summary

Owning activation and habituation goals end-to-end, the full-time salaried Growth Manager will define strategy, manage the roadmap, and run experiments to enhance customer engagement with Cash App, collaborating directly with Engineering, ML, Design, and Analytics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define the opportunity landscape and deliver measurable impact on activation and retention goals
• Manage the roadmap and experiment backlog, scoring ideas against expected impact and effort
• Run rapid experiments across various levers, including onboarding, upsell, and customer communications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth product, growth marketing, or a related analytical role in a B2C tech environment
• Proven track record of owning a growth goal from opportunity identification to measurable impact
• Experience working directly with engineers to shape and ship product experiences
• Strong data instincts with experience in opportunity sizing and funnel diagnosis
• Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms and fluency with AI tools
