Job Summary

To support the growth of a pioneering AI-driven platform for short-term rental businesses, the full-time remote Founding Growth Marketer will own and optimize growth channels, generate qualified leads, and drive demo bookings through various marketing strategies while collaborating closely with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage growth channels, setting strategy and launching campaigns to achieve results
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound efforts, and partnerships
• Run rapid experiments to test and refine marketing strategies, utilizing AI tools for efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing, with a focus on one or multiple channels such as paid ads, SEO, or content marketing
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data and measuring marketing performance
• Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing automation and optimization
• Self-directed and resourceful, able to achieve goals without detailed instructions
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, or hospitality technology
