Job Summary

Owning self-serve growth for Reception.ai, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will manage paid digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and SEO strategies to drive activation and retention for small and medium-sized businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale primary growth channels, including paid campaigns and partnerships
• Analyze acquisition channels and user behavior to enhance activation, conversion, and retention
• Drive the product roadmap based on data insights and market needs

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in running and optimizing data-driven growth campaigns, preferably for SMB or prosumer products
• Familiarity with growth channels such as SEO, performance marketing, and influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of self-serve funnels: signup, onboarding, and conversion to paid
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a bias toward action and automation
