Job Summary

To support the launch of Dash, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will create attention-grabbing campaigns, develop content strategies, and convert audience engagement into sales pipeline while working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conceive and execute attention-earning campaigns and build launch moments
• Own the content calendar and manage the automated production layer for high-volume publishing
• Direct the marketing engine to convert audience engagement into measurable sales opportunities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in creating demand for products or services
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on converting attention into pipeline
• Ability to generate impactful ideas and execute multiple experiments quickly
• Familiarity with analytics, publishing, and advertising platforms
• Experience with partnerships, influencer marketing, or community engagement is a plus
