Job Summary

To support the launch of a new managed AI teammate for small teams, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will create demand through innovative campaigns, manage content production, and convert attention into pipeline while working in a startup-like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run attention-grabbing campaigns and build creative partnerships to enhance visibility
• Own the content calendar, ensuring timely and high-quality output across various platforms
• Operate the direct marketing engine, tracking spend and optimizing for qualified opportunities

• Proven experience in creating demand for previously unknown products or services
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on converting awareness into pipeline
• Ability to generate impactful ideas and execute multiple experiments rapidly
• Familiarity with analytics, publishing, and advertising platforms
