Job Summary

To build Slick's presence in the US, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager will develop campaign concepts, manage landing pages, and engage with salon owners through various marketing initiatives, all while working remotely and collaborating closely with the UK team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and test campaign concepts and landing pages for paid programs, focusing on conversion rates
• Manage outreach for third-party citations to enhance Slick's visibility in AI answer engines
• Create content tailored to salon owners' search behaviors and measure effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth, campaign, or content marketing, preferably in a software company targeting small business owners
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools effectively in marketing workflows
• Experience in creating marketing assets independently, such as landing pages and videos
• Strong writing skills for various marketing materials, including landing page and ad copy
• Familiarity with the language and culture of American small business owners
