Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager for a fully remote contract position, who will drive 4x+ year-over-year growth in demo requests, trial sign-ups, and marketing-sourced pipeline by planning and executing demand generation campaigns, managing CRM and marketing data, and optimizing paid advertising efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop strategies to achieve 4x+ year-over-year growth in demo requests and trial sign-ups
• Plan and execute demand generation campaigns while rapidly testing new channels and offers
• Manage CRM and marketing automation data, ensuring list hygiene and effective lead routing

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing experience, with at least 2 years in demand generation
• Proven track record of driving significant growth in leads or revenue for a B2B SaaS product
• Experience marketing to business buyers in international markets such as North America and Europe
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including campaign workflows and lead scoring
• Experience running paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, along with web analytics proficiency
