Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager for a part-time, contract role focused on website and organic growth initiatives, where the candidate will manage conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, SEO, and content operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead experimentation and conversion optimization through A/B testing and data analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Drive organic growth initiatives by planning and executing website campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Organic Growth
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Amplitude and Google Search Console to evaluate traffic and conversion rates, providing actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, CRO, or growth marketing within a consumer-facing business
• Experience developing and executing A/B tests and analyzing results for conversion optimization
• Proficiency with web analytics and SEO tools such as Amplitude or GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMRush
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimization
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives
