Key responsibilities
- Manage Compound's client growth model from initial contact to retained relationships, including pipeline and revenue targets
- Scale the demand engine for recruiting experienced financial advisors and optimize the associated pipeline
- Oversee attribution and growth analytics to ensure visibility and trust in each channel's revenue impact
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition with measurable revenue growth
- Strong quantitative skills, with experience in conversion rates, acquisition costs, and lifetime value analysis
- Technical mindset with proficiency in data tools, automation, and AI
- Experience in building channels and programs from the ground up
- Familiarity with fintech, wealth management, or financial services is a plus
