Growth Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Specialist will develop and manage account-based marketing programs, optimize systems and workflows, and collaborate with Sales to enhance engagement and efficiency in targeting prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage account-based marketing and outbound programs in partnership with Sales
- Research and test new data sources, GTM tools, and automation technologies to improve efficiency
- Monitor program performance and continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and workflows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related fields
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the integration of marketing and sales
- Experience with CRM, sales engagement, and marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree or University Degree preferred
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization to apply
