Job Summary

To enhance the growth team's experimentation capabilities, the remote Agentic Operator, Growth Marketing will build automated systems and workflows that streamline the testing process, enabling faster hypothesis validation and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop agent pipelines for pre-validating concepts before human involvement
• Manage an automated experiment queue, overseeing intake, prioritization, and readout processes
• Design and implement a parallel experimentation infrastructure to increase testing throughput across channels

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization, and hypothesis-driven testing
• Experience in shipping multi-agent workflows in production environments
• Strong systems thinking skills, with a focus on scalability and process improvement
• Comfortable operating in undefined environments and creating new processes
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder experimentation programs
