Job Summary
To accelerate global expansion, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, performance analysis, and collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEA initiatives, and plan and launch paid ad campaigns
- Track campaign performance and analyze marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales to align messaging and ensure cohesive brand representation across campaigns
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth, advertising, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEA, lead generation, and campaign optimization
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Figma
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
