Growth Marketing Strategist

Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Strategist will manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, and ensure campaign performance while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, and next steps while preparing performance reports
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events while resolving technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly with Meta advertising
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple accounts efficiently
