Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Growth Operations Engineer will architect and implement scalable solutions to optimize customer operations, trust and safety, and sales workflows through automation and process optimization.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between operational systems and product infrastructure to enhance efficiency
- Develop and optimize internal tools for customer support and trust & safety teams, including case management and automated responses
- Architect and implement AI-powered solutions to improve customer support efficiency and predictive analytics
Required qualifications:
- Strong programming experience with SQL and at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with customer support platforms and CRM systems, with knowledge of SaaS architecture
- Familiarity with AI platforms and their applications in customer support contexts
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations or customer operations with a focus on building support systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools
