Job Summary

Owning the entire submission funnel and buyer conversion process, the full-time salaried Growth Product Builder will drive user growth through hands-on coding and experimentation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end submission funnel, identifying drop-offs and implementing fixes directly in code
• Enhance search quality and buyer conversion through ranking, filtering, and real-time pricing improvements
• Develop and oversee an experimentation harness for high-velocity testing across growth surfaces

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building growth surfaces, marketplace funnels, or PLG motions with proven results
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using analytics tools like PostHog or Amplitude
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments, making data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics, including supply and demand
• Experience building AI-driven solutions, such as agents or internal tooling
