Growth Product Design Evaluator

Job Summary

To support a leading AI technology company, the part-time Growth Product Design Evaluator will evaluate growth-oriented design treatments, score and label them based on established guidelines, and provide clear critiques to enhance product outcomes in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate design treatments against a written design bar and guidelines
• Score and label treatments using an internal review tool, providing clear explanations for evaluations
• Participate in weekly calibration sessions to align on design judgments and improve automated review processes

Required qualifications

• Direct experience with growth, conversion, optimization, or experimentation-focused product teams
• Hands-on experience running, supporting, or analyzing A/B tests
• Ability to provide specific, actionable feedback based on quantitative results
• Strong written communication skills for concise critiques and evaluations
• Comfort with repetitive evaluation tasks and attention to detail
