Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving business growth in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Growth Product Manager will manage onboarding processes, enhance restaurant context tools, and optimize activation metrics to deliver impactful product solutions for the IQ Grow team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-impact growth opportunities across Guest products
• Develop tools to help Marketing Managers and AI Agents capture and act on restaurant context efficiently
• Enhance onboarding efficiency by reducing human dependency and compressing time-to-live through product innovations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a growth-focused environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape team direction in a new role
• Strong instincts for cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and operations
• Interest in AI and agentic products, with a willingness to learn
• Proven bias towards shipping products quickly and learning from live feedback
