Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

As Teamup's first dedicated Growth Product Manager, this fully remote, full-time role will manage the onboarding process for new admins, enhance user activation, and optimize the transition from free to paid plans while collaborating closely with engineering and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points through regular conversations and support analysis to improve the user experience
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas, writing production code and collaborating on deployments with the engineering team
• Design and implement metrics to track activation rates, viewer-to-admin conversions, and free-to-paid transitions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth or product management at a self-serve software company
• Proven track record of owning onboarding, activation, and upgrade paths with measurable results
• Experience writing production code, utilizing AI tools, and performing data instrumentation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, closely engaging with customers to inform product changes
• Experience in a small company or as an early hire, demonstrating a self-starter mentality
