Growth Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving user engagement and monetization, the full-time remote Growth Product Manager will build and own the AI-powered growth system, focusing on onboarding, activation, retention, and conversion to paid users while collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the post-signup journey, connecting in-product experiences, in-app guidance, and lifecycle email
• Identify drop-off points in onboarding and activation funnels, partnering with Product to implement improvements
• Develop AI systems that create personalized content for users based on their intent and behavior

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or growth product roles in self-serve SaaS with measurable results
• Proven experience optimizing onboarding and activation funnels in collaboration with Product teams
• Hands-on experience building AI systems that generate user-level content
• Experience with systems that learn from performance data and adapt autonomously
• Technical fluency to integrate behavioral data, AI decisioning, content generation, and delivery
