Growth Solution Architect
Job Summary
To support Federal Government business development efforts, the full-time remote Growth Solution Architect will translate client needs into effective technical and business strategies, lead solution development, and engage with stakeholders to enhance healthcare technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Create tailored solutions for specific opportunities, demonstrating relevant experience and methodologies
- Lead the development of compliant and compelling proposals in collaboration with technical and customer domain experts
- Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities and foster relationships while introducing new technologies
Required qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in solution development or program leadership, particularly with Federal proposals
- Strong knowledge of Agile, human-centered design (HCD), and DevSecOps practices
- Experience in designing modern cloud solutions, including frontend user experiences and backend APIs
- Ability to transform complex insights into persuasive content and manage proposal sections effectively
- Experience analyzing client priorities to shape winning technical solutions
