Job Summary
To support Federal Government business development efforts, the full-time remote Growth Solution Architect will translate client needs into effective technical and business strategies, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop winning proposals and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Create tailored solutions for specific opportunities, emphasizing unique strengths and methodologies
- Lead the development of compliant and compelling proposal responses in collaboration with technical and customer domain experts
- Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities and foster relationships while introducing innovative technologies
Required qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in solution development or program leadership, particularly with Federal proposals
- Strong knowledge of Agile, human-centered design, and DevSecOps practices
- Expertise in architecture and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions, including frontend and backend systems
- Proven ability to write and manage proposal sections, transforming complex insights into persuasive content
- Experience in analyzing client priorities to shape effective technical solutions
