Job Summary
To support Federal Government business development efforts, the full-time remote Growth Solution Architect will translate client needs into effective technical and business strategies, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to create compelling proposals and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create tailored solutions that highlight unique strengths and methodologies for specific opportunities
- Lead the development of innovative solutions in collaboration with technical and customer domain experts
- Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities and foster relationships while contributing to demos and proposals
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in solution development or program leadership, particularly with Federal proposals
- Strong knowledge of Agile, human-centered design (HCD), and DevSecOps practices
- Experience in architecture and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions
- Ability to transform complex insights into persuasive content for proposals
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional team collaboration to achieve goals
