Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Growth Strategy Operations role will evaluate growth strategies, measure success, and drive recommendations through execution, focusing on demand generation and conversion analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a reliable view of pipeline production by channel and campaign, managing key metrics at each funnel stage
- Lead experimentation programs, analyzing conversion rates and making data-driven recommendations for investment and testing
- Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and collaborate with teams to integrate insights into targeting and messaging strategies
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience in growth strategy or analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize impactful analyses
- Proven track record of driving change across functions and building credibility with leadership
- Familiarity with modern go-to-market tools such as CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Experience in designing and executing experiments or testing programs
