Growth Systems Manager
Job Summary
To support the Growth team, the full-time salaried Growth Systems Manager will manage technology platforms including CRM and marketing systems, collaborating with leadership to enhance efficiency and client engagement in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Growth systems, including CRM and marketing platforms
- Configure, optimize, and maintain workflows, automations, and data quality for various systems
- Lead technology projects related to Growth, including requirements gathering, implementation, and training
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years as the primary administrator of a CRM or comparable business platform
- Experience with New Resilience, Salesforce, or a healthcare-focused CRM strongly preferred
- Familiarity with call tracking and contact center platforms is a strong plus
- A high school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Previous experience or general knowledge of behavioral health treatment providers is preferred
